Using phenotypic screens as a strategy to identify potential drug candidates has gained renewed attention in recent years. The aim is to identify chemical matter that corrects disease-relevant cellular phenotypes with the potential to be truly disease-modifying. Because the amount of data is enormous, there is a need for a tool to organize the data, visualize the data, and share the data. Additionally, there is a need to extract and analyze all the parameters out of the raw images, as well as perform powerful statistics.

Learn how easy an image analysis protocol can be generated to extract multi parametric data from raw image. See how to create QC overviews, find best discriminating parameters, perform a principal component analysis, and finally generate a Hit list based on classification algorithm. These analyses will be done in an automated way, allowing non-statisticians and IT-experts to retrieve fast insights into their screening data.
